About

Hi, I'm Benny.

Twenty-five years in the gap between marketing, growth and development. The products here are the reusable half of that work.

For 25 years I've worked in the gap between marketing, growth, and development - across B2B SaaS, ecommerce, retail, and regulated industries. I've always been the person who builds the thing rather than waits for it: tools, scripts, apps, and integrations, usually because something in my own workflow was slower than it needed to be.

For the last two years that's been the whole job. I build and deploy production AI and automation systems inside real organisations - the kind that take manual work off marketing and growth teams and show up in the numbers, not just the demo.

I'm not a marketer, and I'm not a developer. I sit in the middle: enough technical depth to architect and ship agent systems, integrations, and data layers myself, and enough commercial experience to know what's actually worth building - and what to shelve. The third part matters just as much: bringing people along so the capability sticks after I've stopped talking about it.

The best feedback I've had on my work came from a client who told me his team had stopped noticing the AI was there. It wasn't until something broke that they realised how much they'd been leaning on it. That's the goal. Not tools sitting alongside the work, but systems built into it.

Why I sell the tools

Consulting resets. I ship something, hand it over, and start again somewhere else. The system stays with the client, which is right - but the thinking behind it goes back in the drawer.

The products came out of that drawer.

Almost everything I sell started as something I built for myself, usually in the middle of a client engagement, usually because I was doing the same setup for the third time and got tired of it. A design system I kept rebuilding. Prompt libraries and agent scaffolding I kept pasting between projects. Knowledge bases I assembled because I needed the reference material to exist before I could build the thing on top of it - the SaaS marketing attribution KB exists because I had to solve attribution properly for a client, and the research that made that possible was worth more than the single build it fed.

So the products are the reusable half of the work. Not courses, not frameworks, not theory - the actual assets, in the state I use them in. If the version I ship you is scrappier than a polished info-product, that's because it's the real one. I'm not going to clean something up to the point where it stops being useful.

Two rules I hold myself to

I don't sell anything I haven't used in production, and it's buy once, keep it forever. No subscription for something that's finished.

You can browse them here.

What the work has looked like

  • 340+ hours a month of manual reporting eliminated inside a 60-person firm, over a 12-month embedded engagement
  • Deal cycles from 10 days to 3, with ARPU and new MRR both up 32%
  • Wayfinder - an agentic rostering platform for a national at-home aged care provider, acquired outright by the client in 2025
  • Flywheel - a hierarchical multi-agent marketing platform running in production, 1M+ agent instances deployed
  • Agency - launched Dec 2025, now managing 1,200+ websites for 12 paying clients

I run an AI marketing and growth agency, where I do this as an external implementer. Everything here is shipped and running - production systems, not prototypes.

Hopefully you enjoy the products. If you want something specific, ask. You might catch me in a good mood.
